As someone from New Zealand, I’m really happy with how you’ve depicted our country as many people from the US don’t even know we exist or think we are apart of Australia, Hope you enjoyed your stay. Also, regarding your allergic reaction. It’ll be from the grass you were laying on. It’s called Kaikuia Grass and it can cause a lot of itching and redness if your skin touches it for a certain period of time. Also, if you ever visit again, wear plenty of sunscreen since our o zone has a giant hole in it which causes us to burn easier.
