Those small differences make it part of the style. Like the books being all white and only having the titles on their backs. The replica was not meant to be 100% perfectly the same, that gives it a charm of weirdness, having those slight differences from the real place. Also makes it easy to recognize which one was the replica and which one was the real one.

And in the future nathan corrects the small issues like the books and chair because he's dissatisfied with that. He ends up making the replica indistinguishable and its actually great
