According to IMDB, Robert Sheehan (Nathan) left because he wanted to "piss off and do other things" Joe Gilgun (Rudy) was such a fantastic replacement for the loose canon role. He really evolved into a core cast member, if not THE core cast member. He has so many great moments.

It’s kind of funny how even after he learns Simon’s name, he calls him Barry, aside from a few more serious moments when he refers to him as Simon and Simon just lets him. Kind of like when Rudy nicknames Finn Finley later in the series.

Season 1 and 2 nathan made it all interesting and fun to watch. Nathan is by far the funniest character in misfits, didnt like it when rudy came in, but his nothin like nathan and after curtis died the episodes turned kinda boring.

This show is the reason why I flew from Prague to London with my two best friends in 2011. We spend like 4 hours on a bus to get to the building where this masterpiece was shoot. I was having the craziest flu and sore throat from plane, so during the whole time I was sipping red wine and cherry liquer from cycling bottles. I spent few hour just lying before the building on the bench while my friends were running around the lake. Whole 5 days we spent in London were crazy and I do not remember everything :D , but it was the best trip ever!!!

Just seen the series recently and i cant move on.. Yes season 1 and 2 are probably the best but being so attached and connected to the show, i found the courage to go through the rest of the seasons. It has been really painful watching the show without the original cast, however, the final castings somehow made it memorable too. Im glad i have seen a series like this. Thanks misfits..

I mean it was gut wrenching heart ache when Nathan left but watching them all leave, it literally left some crazy hole in my heart so I couldn't finish.
