However, I have a little comment to make to the host Dj Sbu you are someone who always appreciate and promote good deeds. I would love to hear you commenting to umaspala wase for doing what they did hence we have Nathi today ( I put it in the past ngoba I do not know of they are still doing it). This just shows that if government can invest and do what it is supposed to do to support art our artist, youth the country can be a better living space. Secondly your guest Nathi, this is the second interview I hear him downplaying the role Bonang did for him in promoting Nomvula. I myself I got to know about him and Nomvula through Metro FM by on Bonang. She did an amazing PR on that song. Thirdly shout to the guy who played his music in his car if it wasn't for him Vusi wouldn't have known about him. God's alignment worked in his flavour. I loved Nathi so much. My cousins and I we still crazy about his music especially the second album. I still have the CD I/ we rock it in my car yhooo one of my cousins cries everytime we are on our own zone. I somehow feel that the 'Grootman' term does not sit well with Sbu xa iphuma kuNathi. 3 times he made sure that he reiterate with emphasis, eyibuyisela back to Nathi. I think Sbu, thinks Grootman is old man (father), kanti it we use it as a token of respect for the role/level/ position the person holds most of the time.

Grootman Dj Sbu.. I can for the first time, you didn't do this interview Justice. Not 8n a bed way but i think it was just lack of preparation. Trust me, it becomes very clear to us audience when the host is not fully prepared. It just lacked depth. For instance, i wanted to know more about his latest album. What inspired it, blah blah. His relationship with Vusi Nova is also lukewarm because of the beef they once had.. So i wanted to touch more on that too.

I think it's the language barrier. Most Joburg people can't dwelve deep in solid Xhosa conversations and Nathi is one of those who don't compromise on his mother tongue. So I would say that most the things flew over his head.
