To finally have someone experienced and as you say, articulate and intelligent back in the role after three years is a huge relief. These 3 guys are very aligned with other and there was no bickering or anything. I noticed a lot of respect between them especially between Chris and Winston (Chris pulled Winston’s chair out for him as well). The last 3 weeks of negotiations have really built a good relationship and respect between them as they got to know each other.
