It’s the tradition of the Tamil Nadu State and Assembly and any other State events to sing the “Tamil Thaai Vazhthu”, a praise of Tamil Mother respecting the language at the beginning and end the event with the National Anthem. This is a practice that has been present in Tamil Nadu for more than 50 years and is protected by a Government Order. In Today’s Assembly the National Anthem was played at the end and the MLAs paid respect to it, it was the Governor who stormed out of the Assembly before the Anthem! The Governor disrespected the Anthem and the Constitution of India!

As governor he has to specify WHICH parts of the passages he does not agree with or which part is not factual or not moral etc..afterall the speech had been given to him the day before.. To ask for the Narional anthem to be played before and after his decalaration etc without following the house rules and agend on the programme list..clearly shows an act immature tantrum.. the rule is to play the anthem at the designated time....He somehow tries implying as if it would not be played..smacks a childish authority to have procedures in the house to be played according to his orders!!.. Disagreeing by speaking..pointing out the facts he diagrees and on what grounds would have been a direct and straight forward way a professional would have tackled the situation at hand...rather than asking for the national anthem to be played at his order and than geting displeased at that. The rule has always been to play the anthem at the appropriate juncture as stated in the event programme. There has been no omission or change in that...Than why does a governor has qualms about the whole event?!!...This questions the intellect and professional training and status of this chosen governor ...and educational standard of the governor who was a supposedly a former police academy graduate...which means he should have better understanding of policies and procedures...To behave without a sense of decorum only raises the question of his suitability to the role of governor...Is his age and mental health a cause of cincern...maybe issues like Bipolar disorder or dementia??

Its not a meaningful claim. Even in the Schools like Kendriya Vidyalaya's admisnisterd by Centre , the National Anthem is sung at the end of the program.
