How else did the disciples eat the bread that Jesus gave them in all the masses that were celebrated? How did the disciples do it during their evangelization for everyone to receive?

I receive on the tongue as well, and I always invite others to do the same, but it is not a sin or against Catholic Church teaching to receive in the hand. Keep that in mind.

Catholics must always be vigilant to ensure that at every celebration of the Eucharist all Catholics are welcome, no matter their differences of nationality, profession, social class or political ideas.”

I also receive on the tongue and I invite others to do so, but keep in mind that receiving in the hand is not a sin and it is not against Church teaching. You can encourage others to receive on the tongue and You can even believe that receiving on the tongue *should* be mandated by the Church, but you can't say people *can't* or *should never* received in the hand, because that's not the case. It's allowed by the Church, so people can do it.
