We actually have laws that do limit some speech. Have you ever heard it’s illegal to yell fire in a crowded theater? Also the GAG order is only to prevent him from talking about witnesses, the judges family and courtroom staff, the prosecutors family and staff. What’s wrong with preventing that? It’s not like the judge said he’s not allowed to campaign or talk about a million other things, just those specific people.
