Mam minimum support price mechanism is 14.3% and 15.3% in 2037 so what about 2% ?? u have written below 14.3% , I am not able to understand how 2%..plz explain????

14.3% times of CPO Avg..price on International market ...for the last five years..For the rest of India.. Farmers.. 12.3% and Additional 2 % for the Farmers by GoI in NE States and Andaman... The 14.3% should eventually increased to 15.3% ..for that the deadline i.e..Sunset clause. November 2037..
