I know this will probably get lost in the sea of other comments, however this song means so much to me. The very first Pokémon game I ever played, and by extension, one of the very first video games I ever played, was Pokémon Soul Silver. Back when I was just a stupid little 7 year old that barely knew how to read, I just kinda waltzed around aimlessly and still enjoyed the game for what it was. I turned 18 last week. It breaks my heart and almost makes me cry knowing I’m never going to experience the joy of being a kid again. God, this game’s as old as I am, haha. And even still, to this day this is one of, if not THE most important video games of my entire life. I wish I could play it for the first time again. I wish I could be a kid again.

HeartGold was the first Pokemon game I ever finished (I started Platinum but didn't finish it for a looong time) and it's by far my favorite. The Switch games are pretty alright, but they just can't compare to the charm of the DS games. I'm working on White right now and I'm having an excellent time! One of my favorite memories from HG/SS was walking around the National Park with my Eevee (I *love* Espeon and Umbreon). I spent countless hours in Goldenrod City and National Park so those songs just hit different.
