In my life, there are two things you just don't mess with. For one, Growing up in Atlanta Georgia, I am a die hard for the Original Coca Cola from the time they were in the thick green glass bottles. The other one is Crayola crayons. Nothing else like them. I still have some, fresh, never used, in my collection and that familiar smell brings back happy memories~ 😊😊😊

I have loads of surplus pens and trays that I don’t know what to do with. I am awaiting permission to do a mindfulness session at work so I think I’ll use them there :)

I've been away a few days in Cologne with my best friends. We had a lot of fun, delicious food and lots of time to talk and spend time together. Now I'm back catching up with all the videos that have been uploaded. And I also missed diamond painting so I'm just dotting and listening to your waffle. Hi Rebecca ! Thanks for another fun WIP’n’Waffle! I hope you and hubby have a lovely mini-break! I’ve been on vacation for a couple of weeks, some of the days in your fine country! I took a cruise with my two sisters and brother out of Southampton. We had a day there before we left and it was lovely, then, after the cruise (which went to Spain, Portugal and France) we returned to Southampton and took a bus to Heathrow - but on the way, we stopped at Windsor Castle for 3 hours and had a great visit! I don’t follow the monarchy very much, but it was really fun seeing the historical sites and picturing what I had seen on TV for Harry and Megan‘s wedding, the queen’s funeral, etc. And on both days that I was in England, the weather was perfect! Sunny and mild! I have visited twice before, and intend to visit again! I worked on PaintGem minis while on the cruise!❤️from 🇨🇦

Feeling a bit under the weather today so I decided to kit up a black n white custom of me and my Dad. It's from an old photo booth photo taken back in 1974 after a day trip to Southend-on-Sea. I just wish he was here to see me finish it.. we lost him in 2020 at the very good age of 93 bless him. 🥰 My friend has two cockapoos.. they were born either side of your Luna.. the youngest is a nightmare for barking at the least little noise.. she got them some Antlers (maybe raindeer) from the pet shop and for a while they worked to keep her barking to a minimum .. but alas it didn't last 😂🥰💚

I loved the video you took of Luna playing with her toy when you were in your craft room. We had a springer named Tilly who was my unofficial emotional support dog. She was lovely, loved cuddles walks and treats ❤ I miss her so much as we had to let her trott over rainbow bridge just over 2 years ago now :( xx

Hello Rebecca! In the US, we have a holiday on Monday too. It's Memorial Day where we remember those who fought for our freedom and didn't make it home. Haha about Luna being stubborn. With dogs, smart and stubborn go hand in hand! I made my first order from you! I'm so excited for my tray and putty! Speaking of grandpas having things in their pockets. My Papa always had tootsie rolls in his. We called the Pocks because when my sister was little she was asking for one and asked for a Pock. So it stuck. This Covid infection hit me hard. Started out doing fine with a sore throat. Then suddenly, knocked me down. I'm still not feeling well, but its getting better slowly. I agree with the others saying they love hearing Luna! I love dogs, and hearing the barking is like music to my ears! I have a golden retriever/lab mix who's 13 and a Pitbull Mix who's 7. And I foster dogs also. Thank you again for another great waffle. And giving me something to take my mind off my sickness.

Oooo…gearing up for June Waffle. Can’t wait. Our little Taz is just a year and a half. Chihuahua and Mini Schnauzer…and she is a BARKER too. She pre-barks in the house very quiet, then bolts thru the dog door into the back garden barking her fool head off. The next door neighbor’s dog is a Great Dane. 120lbs. Taz (named after a Tasmanian Devil) is just under 10lbs. Ha! The Dane just looks at her. I think she thinks Taz is a squeaky toy gone wrong.

Three comments here - 1. I am looking forward to June waffle. I’m not sure how much I will be able to take part in it though. I will be having the laser surgery on the stones on Thursday so I will probably be watching for the first few days. 2. We had a Border Collie/Samoyed X years ago that would bark at everything, including the clouds moving. Good thing we lived in the country. Our second dog was a border collie/cattle dog x and she was a bit of a barker too. But our 3/4 border collie 1/4 German Coolie is so quiet you take notice if she does bark in case there is something happening. 3. The Grand Tetons are in Wyoming I believe. I hope your break at Central Parks is relaxing for you and Will.❤️

I am so behind on waffles, so I’m binging the ones that I’ve missed while I wait for the June event to begin - but I will say, I have started my diamond painting for the event, as I’ve chosen to focus on at least working towards finishes on my two large WIPs in hopes of cutting down how many I have going. It won’t last, but a girl can hope! Also, June will be another challenge for me, as I’ve decided to make it a challenge to take a 30 minute minimum walk (weather permitting) everyday to start getting back into fitness after gaining multiple pant sizes over the last three years. Anyone who’s willing/wanting to join me can! Nothing special, literally all you have to do is walk for 30 minutes a day, at whatever pace you’re comfortable at - even on a treadmill, if that’s an option for you. Eventually I want to go ahead and do more, but baby steps are needed as I am *so* out of shape.

As per crayons in the us, the pen and gear crayons from walmart are a bit softer, and they're under a dollar each for 24 colors. I had to experiment on those since my cats yeeted my ab pen off my desk and shattered the wax tip lol. And of course my silly self didn't get a spare tip when I ordered them. 🙄

I have completed 2 of the Paint Gem kits - Christmas and a Mystery kit. For the Christmas ones, I was disappointed to see that the word Christmas was truncated to Xmas. That's disrespectful to Jesus, in my opinion and in my heart; but the canvasses were fun to work on. And for the mystery kit, there were a couple of pictures that I still don't know what they were. I'm planning to order more because I think my 7-year-old grandson would enjoy learning to diamond paint with those. Just the right size for a wiggly little boy! Thank you for introducing me to these little gems!

I arrived at 5pm to watch as we had a very loud and wet thunder and lightening storm start at 3.55pm. Hail and torrents of water with lightening and constant thunder shaking the windows for 40mins. It was like living in a stew pot! We turned off the computers just in case so I'm now running behind. Sunday is a busy evening on You tube for me. Oh btw, news! We accepted an offer on the house yesterday so how much me time I will get is questionable.

Ugh…I kitted up a new project a couple of days ago and wouldn’t you know that as I was placing my 2 rows of cover paper that one of my sheets flipped upside down to land SPLAT on the glue - paper side down. I rushed to pick it up but that glue was too strong. I was able to get most of it up but some was still on the glue. Sigh…I got my baby wipes out and dampened the remaining paper and scraped off what I could. The paper appears to be gone and it seems to be still sticky. We shall see when I dot on that section. I DO have some DAC adhesive if things don’t stick like they should. Put quite a bummer feeling on the kitting up. Had a blast until then. 😂

I am such a heavy placer that when I place ABs using the pen I obtained from your shop (the older kind and the one in our advent box) I forget that I’m not supposed to smash that sucker down. Oops…I remember pretty quick feeling the pen slide off the drill and then have to scrape wax off. 🙄

I used one of the wax pens but when I used it I must’ve pushed down too hard as the tip broke :( luckily I found some replacement tips. I can’t remember if you sell the replacement tips any more for the long wax pens? I might have to stock up as I’m a clumsy one 😂

For June waffle I think I missed that discussion, can we use a kit we are using for another event as part of the June waffle too?

Hi lovely Lady, I got my HAED pdf and printed it out, no problem, but when I changed it to Word to make stickers, the symbols changed. What the heck is that about? I've asked HAED(no reply yet) but wanted to know if this has happened to you or anyone else? HELP

I've had this too when making my stickers. What I had to do was take little mini screen shots of the symbols and put them into word as images.

Just so you are warned…you may not like quilting so much that you change your channel to have only quilting content. 😂 It will be interesting to know how you like it and look forward to hearing updates of your adventures.
