Incomplete information is being given on KZbin about Assam Rifles, people know about it but not as much as its history, everyone knows it was formed by the British government in 1835, but will not go into history here. I want to put some points, Assam Rifles's 6 month BMT(BASIC MILITARY TRAINING) 5 month AMT(AIDVANCE MILITARY TRAINING) Total 11 months of training is harder than the army! Hard because special training has to be done for guerrilla fighting, training for fighting in hills and jungles is also done, Assam Rifles is posted not only in North East but also in J&k with Army, Army Where it is needed, all the officers are from the army, they command and give training, now both are under the Ministry of Home and Defense, only the salary comes from the Ministry of Home Affairs, the rest of the facilities (CSD canteen, medical , Liquor 🥃 canteen card) Army one is available, Qustion must be coming in the mind of many people, this is such a good and old force, then why people do not know much about it because it works inside the army, no one from the army When a regiment conducts a major operation, it is called an army, in the same way Assam Rifles performs operations and duties inside the army like a regiment, so you must have heard the name less! The uniform is like army, it does not have khaki dress, if the soldiers of Assam Rifles stand together, then it is difficult to identify them, they can be recognized only by the symbol, Assam Rifles is the only paramilitary force, the rest is CAPF, it has army There are ranks like Rifleman, Lance Naik, Naik, Havaldar, Nayab Subedar......etc. Duties of Assam Rifles:1. Go to war 2. Boder guarding 3. Counter Insurgency operation etc. Assam Rifles does not go for election duty, it is a secret army. The word Rifles is used in Army and in its parts, World War 1st and 2nd and till now the country has fought to win, in that Assam Rifles fought together with the Army. Yes, the country has been subjected to counter-insurgency operation like Punjab j&k terrorist operation done by Assam Rifles along with the Army, Assam Rifles is the infantry part of the Army and the right arm too! This force is called the guardian of the east, the friend of the people of the east. The best force of all! Assam rifles 🇮🇳🇮🇳
