Arabic music is an east Mediterranean cosmopolitan music mix of Mesopotamia and Byzantine scales. The idea of harmony is not based on harmony of instruments like western music but reaching harmony= silence. The music is based on قرار and جواب meaning intention and answer. Every intention has an answer and the music dialectically builds till it reaches the point it stops, when it stops, people irrationally scream “allaaah” meaning god. In that sense yes it is spiritual. Thanks for seeing that. Not many people understand the philosophical basis of oriental music, we are very similar to Indian music also.

The lyrics (Muhammad Hamza) states that a love still can survive between two people who see it from two very different angles: reality and romantic imagination. من 40 سنه ولايزال صوت وظهور عبد الحليم الاصل يطغي ويفوق كل شيئ اتى بعده رغم التفوق الان بالاجهزه الحديثه سواء الالات الموسيقيه او مايكروفونات المزج الديجتال عالي التقنيه ويعدل الصوت 80 درجه لكن يبقى صوت حليم الطف وفيه احساس عالي فوق التخيل لانه كان يغني في بمشاعر عاشها هو بنفسه وتحكي واقعه وكانت اغاني زمان يتم العمل معها سنين لكي تظهر للوجود وليس ناس تاتي وتنسخ العمل لكنها مهما يكن لايمكن ان تنسخ الاحساس
