Maybe it’s the manpower, because there were a times that they did not hire Filipinos for almost 2 years and more, I was the last one of them before they hire last year! Actually my wife is introvert but she is a flight attendant, it depends really on how you will carry or fake it, as long as you know what your are doing and the priorities that set in your life or goals. Sacrifice sometimes will kick in, and also, why do you really want to be a flight attendant. Yes we talk to customer, but not all the time and not all the positions will require you to talk to them.
