That's what sent me to circle track racing, the boredom of watching station wagons racing gassers and a Corvette blowing up chasing a stock VW with a two day head start. You can break on the starting line, where with a circle track car, you at least get a LITTLE seat time before you can wreck it or blow it up. I found a million ways to accomplish wrecking or exploding, but had some fun before it happened.

Crazy how it takes em prolly over an hour to prep them cars in the pits get it to the line do a burnout check tire pressure wheelie bars line up in the groove etc. and the race is over in the blink of an eye. I know all that is what makes racing fun but it’s crazy to think about .

@Mickey Beahl yes why do you ask? I'm from NJ but been in Georgia for few years now and live 5 mins from Lake Lanier. Not sure how many others know him or why I'm bringing up lake Lanier but I'm sure you do obviously. The guy loved to race and go fast in everything regardless if it had 4, 2 or no wheels at all. It's sad 4 people lost their life that day. Although it should have never happened. 150mph in that boat wasn't smart. It's not like it had a roll bar like a car or a safety capsule like other racing boats. I hope it's not just wishful thinking and they all at least went instantly and didn't suffer. Can't believe it's going to be 4 years this summer. He had some nice cars. Pro mods, Pro Extreme and had just got that X275 mustang. Just a shame. I think he was trying to buy a drag strip in Kentucky also. Just don't remember if the deal happened or not. Anyway yeah I definitely know who your talking about.

Saw the name on the side but it’s still a mystery if it’s someone we should know. Looked like just another blown promod. It might look good with some paint on it but I just don’t get too stirred up of promods. Just like other classes that start out street and budget, more of these cars are turning into real race cars at this point and high dollar too. Hate to say it but I’m loosing interest. Think I’ll just take my slow V8 Jag back to the track and have my own fun running 8’s in the 1/8th.

@J Dubb I doubt the call-out is on a no prep surface and i'm not defending anyone one way or the other, i'm just saying we see all the no prep guys at Lights Out and No Mercy and they have faired okay gone some rounds, but I don't see the Radial and Pro Mod guys coming to No Prep. Lizzy I guess , and that's worked out so well for her so far. I love watching Stevie and those top Radial vs World or whatever they call that class now. They are faster...on a track that you walk out of your shoes on it's so sticky, but these track conditions ..I don't know ...Let the hating begin I'm just saying what i've seen and i've been watching Duck Productions races since Lights Out 2 or 3 (since Stevie was driving a legit BadAss Blown backhalf grudge car , remember that car?? @@bfit5759 I have no problem with turbo, its the best for under the rules they run, but blown and promods leave these cars, thats all im saying just depends on what your doing, but its something fast in everything, like car called bumblebee, or that Stevie fast blown car, alot of different events and rules, that just no prep Seen, but other events sometimes nos, blowers, procharged, and u have turbo. Just depends plus that car was just built it seems, at first aftershock was looking bad, but now running great lately.
