The extra things on the golf carts,the flatbed trucks,and even convertible cars such as the stallion can also get a change if you are in the car and press the replay button a few times.The Stallion and the Flatbed are guaranteed to work because i used to do it all the time when i wanted a roofless Stallion.Also after a replay Tommy will not move his hands anymore when steering (he will not move his hands anymore just like the NPC drivers)

In the next part you should talk about all the songs that appear in the game for a few seconds, like in cutscenes, but aren't featured on the radio stations. I find it very weird they paid for expensive licenses just so they use the songs for 3 miliseconds.

I'm not an American lawyer dealing with this exact thing, but I thought there was a 15 second limit or something, that way it can't be ruled you were making money specifically off of the inclusion alone of that one song, especially in a product like a video game spans 20 hours or so, so, 15 seconds simply couldn't be enough time to justify the legal action.

Something very interesting about the textures you pointed out on the bus stop.... In gta4 there is something very similar. If you have GTA4 on PC at max settings you can actually see the real life brands of 404 and Tide in the 2D images they use for store front. BUT to make it even stranger on the OUTSIDE of the buildings that are convenient stores you can actually see very pixelated Arizona Ice Tea stickers on the exterior of buildings.

I think they should definitely have swimming in 3 and VC DE, but for VC they could make it so sharks may attack you if you're in the water too long or swim out to certain points. Fun fact: They did a similar thing to #6 in San Andreas, but more family friendly. Apparently, the designer that made the buildings for the game was so fed up on modeling them that he started to name their .dffs (model) and .cols (collision) with things like "another one", "yes, another one" and so on.

That's super weird, a few days ago I booted up GTA San Andreas on my PS2 and checked all my save files and what pictures I had saved in the galleries. There was a photo of the PCJ that spawns in SF at the export docks for the PCJ playground with all the 'extras' removed, just like the one at 17:05. Teenage me must have thought it was cool enough to use the camera to snap a pic, and I guess I was right! The moment this escaping vehicle is in flames, the theif will get off of it quickly and will steal another car and drive it off. You can the chase him down, without him shooting at you anymore because he's driving the car now. Just be careful that when he gets down from the burning vehicle, try not to be in his line of sight or else he'll keep shooting at you.
