To think that they tried to erase them from the face of the Earth and they are still here. Now that’s amazing.

They as in the white men‼️

@@lilincaasher1033 Fun fact: many ancient, tribal (pagan) "white" cultures were nearly all but eradicated as well, such as the ancient Celtics tribes. The Celtic peoples once spread across much of Europe, as they migrated West in waves, ultimately settling in Western Europe and the British Isles. But the Roman Empire pushed them further and further west, and conquered lands like Gaul (France) and huge parts of Britain (when it was entirely Celtic). The only Celtic land they weren't able to touch at all, was Ireland. But centuries later, Rome's NEW form, the Roman Catholic Church, all but stamped out what Ancient Rome couldn't. Led by the "great" Saint Patrick, Ireland, just about the last pagan stronghold of Europe, was "cleansed of snakes". Meaning they eradicated the Old Ways, and forced people to live under Christianity, or else. Many drowned themselves in the rather than betray the ancient (thousands of years of culture) ways of their people. And it isn't just Celts. Myself alone, someone of "mixed" heritage, has many roots that were oppressed and all but eradicated. I am part Lebanese, Phoenician, and guess what? No one speaks Phoenician anymore, because it's a dead language. Phoenicia was conquered in turn by many different peoples over the centuries, and was ultimately dominated by Muslim Arabs. There is hardly any trace whatsoever of Ancient Phoenicia (one of the oldest cultures on Earth) left. These people who invented the European Alphabet (that the Greeks stole), they invented glass, they were one of the first sea-faring and sea-trading peoples. Yet their language, their old religion and culture, almost entirely forgotten. Christianity and Islam alone have stamped out many ancient cultures, because they're "evil". That includes Native American tribes, yes. But it also includes ancient (white) European pagan traditions, it includes original Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cultures, Polynesian island cultures, you name it.

@@lilincaasher1033 yes the white man but keep in mind not all whites are alike many will admit the wrong their people have done and want to make up for it but, we are not the whites who are running this country.

Umm, these people from the Netherlands never tried to erase Native Americans off the earth. You need to do your research. If you’re saying about white people, you need to be more specific and really know your history. The white people who were already living here starting in the 1600s, were actually friendly but they both fought and killed each other over territory later on. A lot of innocent white mothers and children were massacred and so were the native Americans. Like a war, they fought each other. A lot of native Americans today, stay in poverty and some choose a better life, just like everyone else in America and Canada. And just like natural history, people reproduce, so the Native Americans are still here and

@wworldtv3 жыл бұрын
I understand 🙏🏾👍🏽
@justforfunsies50002 жыл бұрын
Probably b/c the tribal languages evolved and changed over time, due to migrations and the merging of the tribes. Time didn’t stop on the other side of the ocean after the early migration into North America. The cultures in Europe and Asia kept developing and changing. Languages kept developing and changing. Empires conquered areas and their languages influenced the languages of each culture that was conquered. It’s not like it was any different before the Europeans sailed across the Atlantic. The tribes did the same thing here that conquerors did in Europe and Asia. That’s a part of history that gets avoided for some reason. 🤷♀️
