Native American Flute Music: Meditation Music for Shamanic Astral Projection, Healing Music
Shamanism is a system for psychic, emotional, and spiritual healing and for exploration, discovery, and knowledge gathering about non-material worlds and states of mind. Shamanism is a "technique of ecstasy" in which the spirit of the shaman leaves the body and travels to communicate with spirit helpers and other beings for the purpose of obtaining knowledge, power, or healing.
Shamanic Astral Projection or Shamanic Journeying is an altered state of consciousness wherein you enter a realm called non-ordinary reality. By journeying you can gather knowledge and perform healing in ways that are not accessible in ordinary waking reality.
How does shamanism work?
Some people think that in shamanic healing journeying, the spirit leaves the body and a person is being healed by spirit helpers. Others think that shamanic journeying allows access to one's own intuition, which may otherwise be drowned out by the prattle of everyday thinking or by anxiety; and that it is a way of engaging a person's subconscious desires for healing.
Shamanic healing may not cure physical or psychological illness, but it may help one gain psychic energy that will allow one better to handle illness. Shamanic healing therefore is best used in conjunction with other treatments, not as a substitute for them.
Connection with a Power Animal
A power animal protects you physically and provides you with emotional support, wisdom, and vital energy. Some people think a power animal is a spirit being that stays with you because it cares for you and enjoys being able to experience life in a physical body. Others think a power animal is a symbol for one's subconscious wisdom. Almost everybody has a power animal; some have several. (Perhaps you had an "invisible animal friend" as a child or have always been fascinated with a particular kind of animal. This animal may be your Power Animal).
A person may, in the course of life, lose contact with the power animal, thereby losing the animal's protection, wisdom, and energy. If you lose contact with your Power Animal, you may feel dispirited, or you may become sick easily.
The Shamanic Astral Projection technique of Power Animal Retrieval can restore a person's connection to a Power Animal. A person can also journey to find his or her own Power Animal. To maintain a connection with your Power Animal, take the time to learn about your animal, learn to feel its presence, communicate with it, and honor it by doing things that it enjoys.
Free flow of emotional and physical energy
Health requires a free flow of energy that one can use to accomplish one's desires in the world. But one's energy can become blocked in various ways.
People who have lost parts of their life essence, who have been ill, who have lost connection with a Power Animal, or who are regularly exposed to emotionally stressful situations are vulnerable to intrusions or "psychic infections" that block a person's connection with self or drain a person's energy.
An intrusion can be thought of either as a foreign energy being that takes up residence in a person's psychic body (a psychic infection), or as a psychic structure (an emotional wall or barrier) that a person built to keep herself safe from harm, but that now is blocking some of his/her energy expression. A person with an intrusion might feel drained or ill, might have aches and pains, might have nightmares or other fears. A shamanic healer can find and remove intrusions and barriers in a healing ritual called extraction.
A sense of purpose
A sense of purpose is necessary to happiness. The person who loves and cares about the world and fellow beings, who wants to make some small part of the universe a better place, has a sense of purpose. A person can find a sense of purpose in life by seeking knowledge and direction through shamanic journeys, divinations, and rituals. One can do this alone, or with a group of people engaged in similar quests. A shamanic healer or counselor can't find another person's purpose, but can help one seek and interpret information.

We do have some native American roots. I would like to let you know reading your passage helped me through one of my rough nights. And I know she guided me to your passage tonight. BLESSINGS !!!!!

I played this for my mom two days before she passed. She had been visited by "people standing around her bed" whom she did not know. She said how peaceful the music was as they stood there. I tried to find the most peaceful music that might even remotely touch what she touched. She passed into the next chapter peacefully. Her suffering was my suffering. Her peace is now my peace. This music is whispers from Heaven.

I've always appreciated the culture since I was a young boy. I have a cousin who is Native American and we would visit pow wows to learn more.... Recently I lost my German Shepherd of 11 years. She was so big and beautiful. Due to the current state of the world, I wasn't allowed to be with her in her final moments. The pain of the moment and the look in her eye still haunts me. This song helps me feel a connection with her and I just hope that one day I will get to walk with her again. RIP Samantha

I'm not a Native American, but I'm lying down on my bed listening to this beautiful music after a long day of hard work. The sound of the flute, the sound of music in background, the sound of the wind and the cricket, the wolf howling, all so beautiful. I can listen to this all night till I go to sleep. To my Native American brothers and sisters you are still here and your ancestors are watching over you all. Please keep your culture alive.

To the Native American descendants I’ve seen here in the comments, keep the culture alive. Never have I seen a people in touch with soul energy and respect of nature in these modern days of industrialization. Hearing your music makes me feel truly alive and acknowledge our existence as beings that are thrust into a world that is filled with potential to do what the heart desires. Who WERE the first settlers? We now know that many different groups migrated to the American continent. When here, many of them warred among each other, conquered each other, stole one another's property, etc. Europeans were the last group to do it but they were far from the first.

This must explain why back when I had the operation years ago and feeling alone to the point I felt something inside of me... For lack of a better term die and made me feel like going forward was pointless, can't exactly remember how long it took to get through... But when it happened everyone could tell something wasn't right... Even now years later I still feel alone, people who should look after both me and the elders we have (I'm only 29... But I've seen the darkness for what it is, I've adopted my own sense of what the unaware don't realise is just as corrupted with darkness as those in power... Religion, my thing I believe in is the river of Life, if it's alive it's got a soul... But if it's souls tainted by evil you'll know, at first you'll think you was seeing things but eventually you'll see, when you've experienced soullessness and survive you don't see things the same but chances are there going to be dark also trying to sow a soul seed in a soulless being in order to reap corruption

My 8 year old son Sebastian has been listening to angelic meditation frequency music for over a year now. Tonight he especially asked for “wolf music” so I found this tonight. He was asleep in less then 10 minutes and was so happy I chose the right one he had already found for himself earlier on his tablet. He always talks about wolves and has a fascination with them. I’m sure that’s his spirit animal. I just thank God everyday for what I get to learn through my children and how blessed we all are. God bless you all.

From one human being to another. I know we don't know each other but please. Talk to me if you are depressed. If you need an ear to speak to or a voice to hear. Please let me know. We all struggle, we all have our moments of ups and downs. We are here to help out our fellow species, as well as all other living forms on this magical rock we call earth. If you are down it's never shameful to reach out for help. I'm very serious. My name is Daniel Conn. I will speak with you if you would like that.

The cry of the wolf has always been a beautiful thing in this life and world we live in. Paired with the Indian flute you have the most real and peaceful music you will ever find. It's things like this we take for granted. They are both there and most of the human race prefers not to acknowledge them or get a chance to experience them. We must learn to embrace the little things before we reach for the stars. The wolf and Indians had it right when they lived well. They were and still are thankful for what nature gave them. Find peace and be apart of nature. Life is only temporary after all.

Random person from Romania here (Eastern Europe) this is amazing! They have a culture and an energy that's very difficult to find. The USA should celebrate all of it and acknowledge the native americans. The rest of the world rarely hears about them and many of us think they were completely eradicated, which is not true. Please, take good care of them and their traditions. They don't want you to leave your country and come back to Europe, they want recognition and respect. It the least the world can offer, after everything we put them throught.

Native american here of Tuscarora tribe....this music just hits me so deeply. I heard stories of our tribe from my grandfather but after he passed the stories stopped and everyone forgot. I would love to get back into it but I don't remember the stories either because I was so young. I'd give anything for those days back. I want our culture back but everyone before me is gone now.

Best choice I ever made to help my depression, teen anxiety/years, stress, and sleep schedule. I’ve been dealing with a lot of home problems and in quarantine (sleep schedule is messed up), this channel and music really helps! This is by far my favorite sleeping/meditation music!!! There’s a Native American man who plays this sort of music on the main shopping street. Some days he draws a crowd, other days he doesn’t. I bought a beautiful dream catcher from him. Everytime I walk that street and hear him playing I’m compelled to stop and listen. I can’t pull myself away, it’s like a magnetic force pulling me. I often stand there routed to the spot as I’m lost in the music. Basically what I’m trying to say is there’s something special about this kind of music, for me it seems to amplify my emotions and uplift me. I’m always blown away by it.

I remember I was walking down to the creek near my cabin/home up in the forests. The creek was just a mile down hike from my home. It was getting dark, but being a curious 10 year old, I went anyways. I made it down to the creek, and was amazed at the peaceful beauty of nature. The moon glistening off the water, the white auras around the evergreens glowing, it was just all amazing. I lost track of time, and found myself lost. Of course I started crying, and wandered off a bit farther from my house. Suddenly this massive but beautiful white wolf appeared, with these blue eyes that looked like they held oceans. He took a step towards me, and tilted his head a tad bit. I walked towards it and it disappeared, only to reappear farther away. I went running towards it, and it did the same thing again. It did this a couple times, until finally it stopped and let out this beautiful, harmonizing, bone-chilling, howl. I walked towards it once more, but it disappeared for good this time. I was dumbfounded and saw that I was now at the stone walkway leading to my front door. I’m now 23 and a few months ago I went down to that same creek, thinking about that night. I decided to go back when it was darker. This time I did know my way home though. I went back and wandered off again, but I knew where I was. For some odd reason, I looked across the creek to see that same massive beautiful wolf, with those eyes that stuck in my head for years. I was frozen in place, and he simply let that beautiful howl out again, turned towards the tree line, and disappeared. I doubt myself and say that I was hallucinating but I saw him twice.. Call me crazy if it satisfies you, my mother and family did when I told them. Also, if someone could explain such a thing to me, in anyway, please do. I’ve been going crazy as to why I saw him twice, and if I was seeing things or not. UPDATE/QUESTION : Due to the whole Pandemic going around, my family is deciding to go back to the cabin to isolate ourselves, I can go back if you’d all like? I don’t know if I’ll see Him there though. UPDATE 2: i didn’t see him sadly, i heard him though. i didn’t have this encounter till after maybe a week or so staying in the cabin. i went down by myself with my dog when he started acting strange. Kyros (my husky) suddenly bolted back to the cabin and left me there alone. rude of of him, i know. it was around 10 pm, no worries the moonlight was pretty bright, and i had my flash. well as i was walking back after 20 minutes or so, i heard the familiar howl. it was comforting. hopefully i’ll see him soon. my parents went back home, and i’m renting the cabin off of them. :)

I listened to this a couple years ago whenever I was practicing meditation more frequently. I discovered this same meditative music again in 2023. The past week has put a lot of stress on me. Took 10 minutes out of my evening to stop, listen, and breath through my stress. Before meditating I had a stress headache. Now allowing myself to quiet my mind, and doing my deep breathing. My headache is no longer hurting anymore. Now I am going to continue meditating to relax my body after stressful days at work. Hope everyone else is taking the time to release stress like myself. Happy Holidays ❤

It was not meant to offend nobody, I'm not even descendant of North American Natives but a mix of French/Portuguese/Turkish and a little of Tupi blood too. Reading down the line of comments. To me I don’t just see people in their human form. It doesn’t matter if you are Native American, white or from any other culture, the body is just to experience earth. Those who came from earlier times still walk the earth and do so by incarnating and experience many different bodies to learn/see different perspectives, in my own personal belief. So anyone no matter what skin color or form they take now could be your ancestors then. No matter what you look like and what body you’re in, I see us all as spiritual beings coming from another place. We are all connected energy no matter what or where we are, that’s why I think if you feel very drawn or deeply connected to certain things in this life, things that speak to you there is a reason for it. Your soul remembers where you have been, always trust your intuition. This is just how I see things, throwing it out there Incase others are on the same page or are just open to hearing. If not respect that we all take in life differently from the perspective and experiences we have.

Wolves are more than what you think. Wolves are not to be hunted, Wolves are not to be hurt or tortured. Wolves are to be respected. Stare deep into Nature, and think: Who am I to judge a Wolf? The howl of a Wolf goes deep into a living's Heart. A Wolf's howl is to not be mocked. Wolves are special creatures. They are smart and unique. Respect that.
