This so true…when at uni I would fast before exams and had clarity of mind and an ability to learn that at times left me in awe. Later in life now, I still use fasting to learn, or to heal or to gain insight into a problem or issue. It’s not something that goes down well with western ideas or western medicine but there is a power there that you speak of, and that your grandfather experienced. Thank you for sharing your teachings, it’s truly appreciated.

@@ariaxrose1 Fasting mean Detox your body. After about 24 hours your body start to produce a certain kind of Enzym. This Enzym is the Catalysator who help to burn your body fat reserves in your cells. These fat stores all the neurotoxins you took in during lifetime, like mercury in vaccines, flouride in Drinking water and in Toothpaste, Chloride, all Pesticides etc. etc. You should doing these fasting once a month. After your body is fully detoxed, your kundalini and your pineal gland will be activated.

@@michelefisher5171 I've been doing it for a month now. Eating once a day, sometimes skipping a day or two. I honestly feel great. The less I eat, the more energy I have. And I'm a lot more emotionally balanced than I was a month ago, for sure. Especially if the food is quality i.e., lots of fruits and veggies. Fasting is a tool I'm gonna be using for the rest of my life. I'm gonna pick up a night job for a while and make some bank with all this energy 💪🏾

As a child I suffered from pinworm infection. When I would get sick I would throw up horrendously. Even when drinking some luke warm water or tea, as I was trying to not dehydrate. I would have to stay without liquids for at least two days. During the third or fourth day I could start to drink or have some toast. My digestive system was terribly sensitive and would require at least a week to recover. Later in life I realized that this too was fasting, as the immune system was recovering. These teachings are so valuable. Peace to everyone.

It has been said that prayer is the way we speak to God. Fasting and meditation is the way we listen. I have many friends from many walks of life. They are good and honest folk. But, when I shared this information with some Christian friends, they immediately they began to make excuses for why they couldn't fast (even though it is mentioned in their own texts) Most of the reasons were health related or time sensitive. It left me feeling sad for them. Thank you for sharing this with us all.

I think we Christians have gotten way off course. We've gotten away from fasting as a spiritual and physical cleanse. The Creator is guiding us back, as I've seen a lot of Christian channels talking about it. Also, I think many have forgotten the great healings Jesus did and that He gave the disciples the ability to heal and cast out demons (Luke 9)

Thank you, Wally❤️😘Ramadan, Lent, Passover. Clean and unclean food. Alcohol is the worst and most available. The pain should be addressed. Fasting causes our body to return to the more important elements of our being, I suppose, which would cause our body’s chemistry to send clearer and more direct messages to our brains. My Grandpa always said that the hardest part of doin any job was thinking about it. I love and appreciate and cherish your kind generosity of spirit.🥰

Usually whenever I am faced with a crisis, like economic, addiction, joblessness, relationship problems, enemies at work or in life etc.....I stay home inside my bed for three days. Without consuming any solid or liquid, without smoking. In the fourth day the problem is solved. I get up, take a good shower, get well dressed and go out for fresh air and to dine alone and celebrate.

Wally, it's as though you are speaking directly to me when I hear your teachings, I am honored that you speak wisdom, sure I know about fasting it's something I have not done its to inconvenient to my normal thought process is the truth. There are no short cuts when it comes to having the spiritual mindset and thinking in that perspective of the clear mind is depriving the body increases the spiritual the spirit must be the one in charge of the self especially the older we become. Of the 3 body mind and spirit, this culture of society today it's the mind that is given the authority over the rest. That is the incorrect teaching or cultural design of society that does not want the masses spiritually led or guided. Because that would then provide a greater control over the masses, then those who wish to control the masses would not be able to control the message, of the mind control they seek. A spiritually guide being is at peace the one thing "they" wish to remove as part of their tyrranicle system, currently being attempted at a much higher level, while "they" think it's not noticed, provide enough hardship as a distraction away from the agenda, that is slowly being imposed. Example the mask wearing staying six feet apart. Watch they will release us of this the closer we come to the next election, to prove we have rights.. that they took away to control us all. Just jabbering on a soap box now. Thank You Wally fasting is gonna be part of my future, a plan is forming in my head and cleansing ahead of time as well. Drinking activated charcoal for a few days to a week and another one will be Drinking a few drops of food grade 30% Hydrogen Petoxide in distilled water, H2O2, 2 Hydrogen molecules and 2 Oxygen molecules, to cleans the body of the poisons the charcoal won't release. That's my thoughts prior to fasting then the fasting be at another level of cleansing that is the preparation of the spiritual cleansing, being the fasting for specific purpose. Thank You so much the plan just came together. The elders or the seniors in our various communities must share the wisdom given them, through the life time its journey they travel, the young must learn these truths, to carry on that pathway that gives guidance that teaches how to travel thus journey. Profound this heritage we have as humans, these lessons have made it possible to get through life so it's more peaceful and joyous the purpose is fulfilled brings happiness to the life, love matters and we all share this responsibility to love each other with respect to listen when an elder speaks, this is an observation, Wally I am sure had a specific reason fir this today his heart is effected by something it was his responsibility to say these words addressing what his hearts concern is. Just my intuition talking from experience. All us older folks got to teach the younger generations and do it respectfully, mentor teach guide, women with women men with men, with dignity and respect when a mistake is made its a new opportunity for another piece of the puzzle to be revealed the wisdom isn't wise if it's not shared in its perfect time to be a valid learning experience, if anyone doesn't go through the actual mistake qnd fight through that there is no lesson to be learned this journey cannot be completely learned from a book it must be experienced personally to have qn impact the lesson is ment to provide. I share with love, I love Wally and would like to meet this amazingly wise man.

I have the same problem, caffeine headaches hurt so bad! I'll make a cup of black coffee and leave it out on the counter, it's cold & yucky. Then I treat it like medicine and take a big spoonful or two when the headache gets too bad and eventually I'll get busy doing something by the afternoon and the headaches have stopped. I hope my hack helps. I absolutely love learning these teachings! Thank you beautiful souls for making these videos!
