Nice set up... i had the same box on my max but ended up changing it out to the heart tool box from Walmart 35 bucks 2 way slide opening and 2 clear top drawers. Been vei pleased with the swap to it over the craftsman. Just an idea to take a look at.

There's a shallow and deep version the deep version is the one i have. I used the same craftsman box your using but swapped to this box and very happy i did so. I added 3 Berkley 3 place rod holders on it. It was a little work to install them so it wouldn't effect the slide opening but well worth it.

Love the set up, I adding the same rack on my trailer and was trying to figure out how to raise the crossbars, really like the extensions where did you get them... as soon as I can find a trolling motor I’ll be getting your mount for my Titan 12

They are Exhaust extensions that you can get it any other store but they normally only have one at each store

What battery do you use for your trolling motor and where do you store your battery?

They are 80amp bioenno. Look in the description of the video we have a link for them. Also I store them in the box that’s in the video also

Also how did you extend the height of you ladder rack?

I have almost the same setup. When I add extra weights to the back water comes through the rudder seal. Do you have the same problem?

Had the same problem. Took one of the grips off of the back handles and cut a small piece of it and slid over the rudder shaft. Solved all my problems

Your rod holders are upside down they hold the rods much better the other way
