Does the front of the middle of the tongue gets lowered when you do one of the back sounds[ oo as in food, ow as in low, u as in put, and aw/ah as in Father/Law] ?

Interesting concepts and probably effective, but, it’s painful to watch, it’s boring. I wish you’d be more energetic and keep the classes interesting. People will watch your videos much more if they were more engaging.
