To further elaborate, especially on the 3rd achievement, you need to overcharge the beam until it does 3x of the base damage, this may be different than what is seen in the video depending on your world level. Overhealing counts, so bring all the best healers you have on hand, especially burst heals like Jean's and Barbara's and save them for when after the beam starts firing, since the beam only lasts for a limited time.

so for me at World Level 9, the starting beam does about 40k damage, second tier at 80k, and last tier at 115k You can compare the base damage starting at 5:20 and the few seconds after that where it reaches the max following overheals from Qiqi E and Barbara Q
