NATO VS RUSSIA! Who will win?

NATO or the North Atlantic Treaty Organization was established to counter the Soviet Union after the 2nd world war in 1949. It consists of 32 member states who all defend each other against external attacks. A very strong political body.
Russia is against NATO because they feel it threatens their existence. NATO’s growth in membership is causing jitters in Russia. If a war was to break out between Russia and any NATO nations we would probably have a world crisis. Most of these nations have openly declared possession of nuclear weapons. How can such a crisis be averted?

Russia has been fighting a powerful military force for 3 years, gaining more experience. And being in this situation where NATO officially joins, it will go nuclear because the West are keen on destroying Russia and Russia would not go down easily.
