Sting and rogues power as you can see…….well as natsu said was half baked based on arrogance. Overestimating their own abilities and underestimating Natsus power. As you can tell Natsu didn’t even need Lightning flame dragon mode. Holding back the entire time

Not to mention this adds on foreshadowing about them "killing their dragons". Which this fight really reeks of a reverse Gildarts situation about being overconfident. Not that the twin dragons are weak or anything.

Two things that is insane about the battle that people forgot; 1. Gajeel wasn't there to unlock the second origin thing so he is just damn built different even without it. 2. Remember Natsu can use lightning fire dragon mode which is his trump card, and he didn't even use it here. This shows just how much stronger both Natsu and Gajeel is compared to Sting and Rogue, they are actually so much stronger right now.

Fun fact after the "to be continued" people need to wait 1 year to see the next episode .... fortunately i watch this anime in 2020 so i don't need to wait . However the fight with Sting amd Rogue is one of the best fight of this arc but i think there is another fight that surpass this in the tournament but you will see. The final scene with Levy even now continue to give me chills , the music , the VA , the scene is very scary because even if Fairy Tail had other "dark moment" this was the first time when i say "i'm scared to continue this" but i'm very curious about your reaction and the news episodes with the new art style

From one of the worst villain and enemy of Fairy Tail and now one of the character that will kill you if you ever disrepect Fairy Tail and Levy. Oh Gajeel character development is one of my favorite here and same with Lucy and Wendy and i forogot Laxus too.

Funny thing about this fight Twin dragon keep flexing but still end up getting wrecked 😂😂 Twin Dragon Slayer Use: White drive and shadow drive Dragon force and still get clap 😂 Gajeel base form got push out haha 😂 Natsu Didn't use dragon force Didn't use second origin And Didn't use fire lightning mode And still win And literally humble them 😂

Well those long ass names are 70% a product of translation, like "Crimson Lotus Exploding Flame Edge" is just "Guren Bakuenjin" or "Holy Shadow Dragon's Flash Fang" is just "Seieiryū Senga"

Not sure if it was said before Edens Zero is great if you wants to check it out sometime so far it has 2 Anime seasons it is Hiro´s series after Fairy Tail It´s a darker series! but I think you will like it ! & it would be amazing to see reactions to it It has 25 eps of each season

Natsu has the ability to burn through magic. One example was vs Zero. That's how he was able to move after Stings binding attack. 19:03 She didn't sense it. In the manga she was watching them through a lacrima. It's just the fact that anime butchers the manga HORRIBLY for absolutely NO reason at all. Especially Fairy Tail.

Sting amd Rouge are probbaly about as strong as Natsu was during the Phantom arc, which is still really powerful, but Natsu at this point is like 10x stronger than that

during this fight,if you notice,gajeel literally getting nerf. back to phantom lord vs fairy tail arc,gajeel use dragon scale form while fighting natsu but after that,we don't get to see that form anymore.

He does use it if he needs to, like on Tenroujima when he was being double teamed, he didn't need it here, he will use it again when it's necessary. (they may seem like small fries but well times team work plus just the fact that one of them was able to take away Gajeel's hearing and reliably pierce through all of Gajeel's defenses made them tough to deal with)
