All 3 great tracks, just wished the first track was a bit shorter, so he would keep developing that whistly/whaleish build-up near the end of track 2, loved that ending plus the track entirely having some really nice chordal melodies trough-out the ambience, and on the other hand the 3rd track leave it as it last, what a funkin-shred cool track.

At this rate, Big B is going to demolish his record output from 2015. By my count, he now has 94 new albums in less than 8 months this year (and that's not counting a few which were simply "no drum" variations).

Yep, he is indeed well on his way to breaking it. Quality wise, his 2015 output compared to 2023 isn't even close, galaxies apart, I don't think any year has topped the quality of those 2015 albums.

That said, although I found much of the first, say 3 or 4 months this year pretty hard going at times, with some notable exceptions, I think the quality especially in the last few months is higher than might be suspected at first listen. I've noticed that quite a few need more patience and listening to start to appreciate their quality. Also, recognising that many of them have a very different (ambient) purpose than the 2015 albums. Still some bangers, of course (539!).

I have 13 guitars and I play for about 3 hours every day, if you buy good strings they will easily last for 6 months or more , to be honest I don’t like the sound of brand new strings ( to tinny sounding ) until they are broke in a bit then they sound way better. I don’t imagine that his ideas about that are much different on that topic. He plays a lot more everyday so my guess is every 2 to 4 months. Good strings do last quite a while before they start to sound kinda dead.
