During summer time you mentioned that your naga morich was not hot and had no flavor. It can happen if the morich plant stays in too much moisture at all the time. Water dilutes the hot and flavor of the morich. Don’t over water the plant.Try to keep the plant dry but not overly dry. Plant must stay healthy and moist for good produces.
