Love the look. On a daily basis i usually just spot conceal, apply some blush or bronzer, and lastly some browgel and mascara. Although I like really simple and very natural makeup I looove being glam, but this is amazing; ideal for summer evenings!

I have really bad skin texture from acne as a teen, and honestly I've been wearing a siimilar look to this for the last 5 years, you can pull it off if you skip out the shimmer-based stuff. Foundation, matte bronzer (I wear it on the bridge of my nose and right across my cheek that joins it, so it looks like actual tan rather than orange contour), strategic powdering, freckles, and brows. I know this may sound crazy but your skin may need to reboot. Sometimes the more products you use can make your skin go crazy. So here is what I did to reboot. Go to your local natural food store and get local honey.. Literally wash your face with that honey (yes just honey and warm water) every morning and night. Then moisturizer with jojoba oil. I swear you will see a difference in 3 days. Keep doing that until skin is better then you can use regular products again.. Just try it. What do you have to lose?

Its a trade off. If you use foundation with good coverage and conceal/highlight your under eye area, it covers up the freckles. Always makes me so sad because I love my freckles but I need the coverage more. So i totally get drawing the freckles back on afterwards. But her whole point of drawing on the freckles was to make the foundation look as though it was skin, and not a layer on top of skin.
