"Natural Bone-Healing Secrets Big Pharma Doesn't Want You to Know'' | Dr. Barbara O'Neill
As we age, our body undergoes several changes, including a gradual decrease in bone density. This process, known as osteoporosis, can cause brittle bones and increase the risk of fractures. Dr. Barbara O'Neil, a renowned health educator and advocate of natural health remedies, has brought to light some shocking truths about how we support our bones as we age. In today's video, Dr. Barbara O'Neil will reveal the shocking secrets to keeping your bones healthy.
Aging is a natural process that brings about changes in our bones, leading to decreased density, altered structure, and an increased risk of fractures. However, understanding these changes and taking proactive measures, as suggested by Dr. Barbara O'Neil, can help maintain bone health and prevent the severe consequences of osteoporosis and other age-related bone conditions. Through a combination of proper nutrition, exercise, and mindful lifestyle choices, we can support our bones and ensure they remain strong and healthy well into our later years.

I am female, 67 years old and had an injury to my thoracic spine due to using a heavy sledge-hammer. The doctor prescribed calcium supplements. It seemed ridiculous to me because I eat healthily and do not have calcium deficiency. The injury was causes by extreme exercise. I have never broken a limb, even though I do a great deal of physical activity and have had heavy falls. So I know my bones are strong. So I never took the prescribed tablets as the last thing I wanted was excess calcium build up. I take celtic salt. I do load bearing exercise. After a summer of working outdoors, and working on my posture (sitting in a straight-backed chair instead of 'lounging' for example) the two damaged vertebrae feel substantially improved. In other words, do the simple things and let nature do the rest.

She reversed her diabetes high BP and high cholesterol herself as she got fed up of doctors giving more and more meds making her feel worse. Now she doesn't have diabetes ! I don't understand why American doctors are so full of sh*t ! Taking Calcium supplements especially in the elderly causes calcium deposits in arteries and propagated plaque formation just as cholesterol. Moreover, calcium causes narrowing of arteries in the elderly just like smoking does. Whatever you get from your diet should be more than enough. We definitely need Vitamin D3 which we can easily get from approximately 20 minutes of daily sunlight and ensuring Vitamin D enriched food like Ghee ! As a UK based doctor I can offer these options alongside medications. It's up to patients what they choose.

I was overweight had T2D and my GP put me on statins. After a month or so I realised my mobility was being impaired, that I had aching joints and muscles and instead of running upstairs I was dragging myself up by the bannisters. I stopped taking them and within a couple of months I was back to full mobility. My doctor wanted me to keep taking them saying I was setting myself up for a heart attack or stroke. I said being housebound and stuck in front of the TV was more likely to do that and I would take my chance and be able to swim and walk my dog. That was ten years ago and I’m still here and mobile. I wonder how many of other older people are being treated for arthritis because they are on statins and haven’t realised the connection.

I was diagnosed at 40 with high cholesterol and RA. I was put on 20mg. of cholesteral meds. At 50, I was given a bone density test. They said I had the hips of a 21 yr. old. Then, they increased my cholesterol meds to 40mgs. and now 20 yrs. later, they say I have osteoporosis. I've worked out since 20, with no fast food and in the best of health except for my cholesterol. After covid, I stopped taking statins after much research. Upped my D3, which was 28.... way too low. No JOINT PAIN anymore, which I thought was the RA. Thank you Barbara for your confirmation of what I've researched!!

All you really need to do is get the proper vitamins including natural Vit D (sunlight) and do some physical therapy exercises, moderate exercise, eat healthy food (not junk food), and wait. I had Osteomalacia in my knees a few years ago. I also devised a 5 lb weight from a barbell that I threaded a scarf through and used that to do leg lifts w/a straight leg to pull the knee cap back over where it belongs. It worked! My knees are normal now. The bones will heal themselves as in every part of the body. It does take time though. Edit to add: The weight thing I had was half of a 5 lb barbell which would be about 2 1/2 lbs per weight end.

It’s true that mineral and trace elements are essential for bone health and so to the absorption of vitamin D from sunlight on a frequent bases. However calcium is not for bones it’s the conductor of the cellular chemistry orchestra and it is utilised by the body in a natural food based form to regulate the pH of the cellular chemistry and the liver function, especially the conversion of mineral and amino acids for building blocks of the body. The soil damage from negative farming practices has destroyed the microbial activity in the soil that makes mineral especially calcium available to the plant. When specific calciums are missing from the food they become toxic and cause many issues in the body. 🙏

@@Embrace-BB those are 2 meals perfectly adapted to our constitution because they are universal. In the world those who don't go to Macdonald, or round the Méditerranean sea eat this way : Miam-Ô-5 : 5 elements. A lot of raw vegetables + 3-4 Tbs of cereals or potatoes or pumpkin or same family + 1 big Tbs of a dried vegetable (lentils, chickpeas what you want, as in couscous) + a small amount of animal protein + raw oil (to reach 6 Tbs a day in addition to the oil of Miam-Ô-Fruits). This is the recipe for a traditional meal as you can find around the world : couscous, Chili con carne, cassoulet, many soups. Miam-Ô-Fruits is a former traditional meal/breakfast eaten in sunny French islands. You mix fruits and oil so that you turn the rapid (?) sugar into slow sugar as you have in pasta for example. People with diabetes can have it and even cure their diabetes. It is a mix of : Half a banana well mashed + 3 Tbs of colza oil + 1 Tbs of ground flax seeds + 1tbs of ground sesame seeds (raw) + 1 Tbs of a mix of 3 different ground seeds (walnut, hazel nuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, any raw nut) + 2 small spoons of fresh lemon juice. You mix well after adding each ingredient and you keep this order because chemical reactions happen as you proceed. Then you add a minimum of 3 low digestion raw fruits. Nothing else. No grapes, melon, grape fruit as while you eat those the other fruits will ferment in your stomach : bad digestion and money lost. Those meals are rather cheap even organic because you only eat what your body needs and you chew as well as possible enjoying your meals. Bains dérivatifs / derivative cooling exist since all our history. Some peoples still cure themselves this way (malaria eg). It is recommended by religions. It is a means of cooling one's body (great in summertime !). Former people would go to a river and splash fresh water in between their legs. Now you can do the same in your bathroom sitting on a chair. Or you can use a small frozen bottle that you careful wrap and that you place on your perinea. Nowadays you can buy 36°6 frozen pockets that you insert in a pocket of cotton and you keep them until you don't feel the cold. This has to be mild cold never strong cold. Scientists counted 18 properties for this way of doing : regulation of body temperature, of appetite, removing of blood clots in the brain and elsewhere, loosing of bad fats, circulating stem cells that travel in the body to repair what needs to be repaired, cleaning the body in case of allergy, curing colds and many more. We woke up immediately a man who was in coma since 2 months and a half after several strokes. I made my jaws cartilages again, removed kystes in my chest and got a lot more energy as far as I am concerned. Lost the bad fat on the thighs... This was found by France Guillain a former research chemist who left her job to do sail racing. She then sailed round the world during 20 years. And she says she asked to the oldest people in very good health what their secret was. Each time it was this special traditional way of eating and this mild cooling between the legs. Now she is 81 and she still go surfing 3 weeks per year... She gives lectures. I check huile de colza in English after I send this comment because I don't want to loose that long answer. I hope I was clear enough but feel free to ask questions if I can answer or check on google or youtube

Not true, we need animal cholesterol for a healthy brain. I was on a vegan/vegetarian diet for a whole year, my brain and body were suffering to the point where I started to faint and other time fall while walking and my mind was like absent but awake. Joints were hurting a lot and did not have the strength in my body. I regained my strength and overall health back only after I started eating meat again.

@@veronical3135 Most people don't really need animal protein; a vegetarian diet can be really good. A vegan diet is much harder to get proper nutrition, but it can be done. You have to know what foods to combine to get a complete protein. That said though, not *everybody does good on a vegan diet. It depends on your metabolism and activity level. If you're highly active say, an athlete or professional dancer, a vegan diet is not good b/c animal protein is superior. I know many vegans would be offended by that. Veganism is almost a religion. It isn't bad though for somebody who is fairly inactive, but as I said, you have to know what foods to combine to get a complete protein.

@@christiansaint716 People say that untill they get sick and their body stop working properly. I know what I experienced. Our body needs balance and we can't find it in just a vegan or just a vegetarian diet. We need meat as well. I grew up on a vegetarian diet mostly vegan and I developed endometriosis, fibromyalgia and ADHD. I did some research and asked other people with ADHD and they said that they also had a mostly vegan diet in their childhood. That means that vegetables are not enough for a brain to properly develop.

Here’s an approximate breakdown by mass of the bone composition of elements: Main Minerals (by mass) 1. Calcium (Ca) - 39-40% o Calcium is the most abundant mineral in bones, providing strength and structure. 2. Phosphorus (P) - 17-18% o Phosphorus, primarily in the form of phosphate, combines with calcium to form hydroxyapatite, which strengthens bone. 3. Magnesium (Mg) - 0.5-1% o Magnesium helps stabilize the bone matrix and plays a role in mineral metabolism. 2 Trace Minerals (by mass) less than 1% While calcium and phosphorus dominate the mineral composition of bones, trace minerals, though in very small amounts, are critical for bone strength and overall health. 3 Water - ~20% of bone mass. 4 Collagen (Organic Component) - ~30-40% The organic component, primarily made up of collagen, makes up about 30-40% of bone mass and provides the flexibility necessary to prevent brittleness. Barbara downplaying the contribution of the main composition of calcium is certainly misinforming the viewers even though the other elements also play a role but one shouldn't downplay the elephant in the room.

The point that she is trying to make is that taking calcium is worst because what we need is to take pure minerals! Geoengineering, ongoing since 1947 but doubled down in 2000, has thoroughly polluted the air with heavy metals, nanofibers, and other nanoparticles including surfactants (the stuff used in soap which when used in geoengineering products causes slippery roads--and the incumbent pileups) in the winter. It respond to the same principle as the skin, muscles (including our heart) mind etc. tough skin, strong muscles mind and bones respond to strong challenges, but most people are lazy so you can’t prescribe this.
