Around 1987/88 I made a mineralogram test of my hair . The result came back with a explanation of the importance of each mineral . I remember that about copper said that was a mineral very important for the bones because copper form like a net in the bones to allow the calcium to deposit . Without copper the calcium cannot be fix . May be for this reason in India the doctors of Siddha medical system , in case of bone fracture they made the patients to wear a ring, in the hand or feet , or a bracelet made of copper .

But what about the oxalates in spinach and other leafy greens? They interfere with the absorption of minerals.
@HealthReportDocs2 ай бұрын

"If you steam or boil your spinach, you will decrease the oxalate content by 30-85%. (You could wash and mash the spinach leaves, however that will only remove some particles of oxalate). You can also reduce oxalate by cutting out the stalks. The stalks contain more oxalate than the leaves themselves." (Google information!..)

As a PhD and ND, I see Lots of Pros and cons. Suggesting smoothies with spinach and kale, full of oxalates not a good idea. Ppl suffering of kidney and bladder stones after such recommendations. Also vitamin K in green leafy veggetables making your blood THICK, cause it is vit K1, not K2. Everything must be taken in moderation. Also minerals in Celtic salt - absolutely ot enough. Yes, companies must sell that expensive salt and I am using it myself for many years. Of coarse it is not even comparable with Morton-umbrella salt. But far-far away from daily NEEDED dose of Minerals, and trace minerals. Copper must be taken but away from Zink, cause they are adtagonists. There ar many newanses that nobody tells people that's why ppl are so depleted with many nutrients.

Human bones are not made of 76 different minerals. Bones are primarily composed of a matrix of collagen (a protein) and a mineral called hydroxyapatite, which consists mostly of calcium and phosphate. While other trace minerals like magnesium, sodium, potassium, and fluoride are present in bone, the number of different minerals is far fewer than 76. Calcium and phosphate are the predominant minerals that give bones their strength and structure.
