Your view from the dye shop is amazing. Thank you for showing us the placement of the natural elements for dying the yarn. I found it fascinating. It turned out beautiful. Belated Happy Birthday! Have a blessed week.

Relieved to hear I’m not the only one with knitting false starts these days. It seems to happen every autumn…despite the abundance of gorgeous cozy patterns available, and my constant desire to make, I can’t seem to focus my scattered brain and energy into creating a piece. Plenty of yarn and favourited patterns, but nothing feels quite right and mucking up whatever I try to knit! Perhaps I’ll follow your lead to cast on a sock and just sink in with a candle and a cuppa. Your flower yarn is beautiful!

Wool sweater, a blanket and a fire. Oh my, I am not ready for that yet. Such an interesting process with your flowers. Turned out so beautifully. Much stronger color than I imagined. Thanks for taking us along. And Happy Birthday.

You are good for my soul, dear Emma. I'm curious about what you use as a mordant for your 'wild' dying process. Really lovely. Thank you for sharing all the gifts God has given you. We are blessed by it!!

I literally just finished doing 8 skeins of yarn in a similar fashion ; to knit the marigold sweater by Vera Valimaki , and my yarn is dyed with marigold! Super excited! I like how you rolled and printed , might try that next time.
