Natural Dyeing with LAC

Welcome to experiment number 55!!!!!!!!!!! We made a full blown rainbow of purples and reds and pinks working with amazing Lac! Lac is an insect resin something along the lines of cochineal as a dye, but it is not as light fast as cochineal on plant fibers. Lac is known as very light fast on protein fibers and I thought it would be fun testing tons of Iron mordants and post processing too!
