I can confirm 100% that the first rapper is Charlemagne, the producer of the group. This was pressed on the original NE promo record a few years before A-Butta made his famous phonecall to 89.1 and joined the group. Char was credited on the record (I got my copy from his own hands at an NE show in The Wetlands in NYC) and he also spit it "live" as a freestyle on air with L-Swift (Swigga). One of the most underated hip-hop producers EVER......the only track I knew of outside the NE domain to feature his production was the intro song/beat on BIG NOYDS first album EPISODES OF A HUSTLA.......track is called "ITS ON YOU"
