Click pruning is the best way to control epical dominance or use of apogee is also good to control vigour. Also stop using nitrate fertiliser on these trees.

Its good to fix nitrogen in soil hut that’s not the only nutrient we want. we need diversity, to get lots of different nutrients. So mix it up.
