Thinking of starting my natural hair journey, my goal is to have naturally defined curly and moisturized hair. I've been looking at KZbin videos for a week now and I have to say, this video trumps it all! Your hair looks amazing! This is very encouraging as I have 4c type hair. Can you do a video of this style with the look of your hair each day for seven days or more days. Thanks!

Kemi Buluro hi Kemi! Thanks for your comment. Well, I rarely wear my hair like this for 7 days straight, maybe 2 or 3 days then I do a "pineapple" updo or a bun so my hair doesn't get tangled. When I do a twist out tutorial, I'll show how I maintain it throughout the week. Thanks for stopping by ❤️❤️❤️

I think Tip #3 is the most enlightening for me. I've always conditioned religiously, but have not deep conditioned in years! Thanks to your guidance, I'm now turning that around. (Shampooed and deep conditioned TODAY. 😍)

I love your channel !!! Thanks for the tips. Any suggestions for co wash and two strand twist. Thanks in advance. I will keep watching.

Thank you Mimi!! I plan to record a two strand twist/twist out video. I used to cowash my hair twice a month and shampoo twice a month, some people shampoo once a month and cowash 3 times a month. Co washing saves time and is also very moisturizing. I only stopped cowashing recently because my shampoo doesn't strip my hair. How often do you cowash?

I wash and co-wash my hair twice a month. I work outside and my hair gets dirty fast.

Greetings Lewa, I have watched some of your videos and I noticed that your hair is constantly on well defined curls and coils. Can you explained how you always achieve the amazing curls.

How would you combat single strand knots, it seems every time I cut them, more comes and my hair is getting shorter and shorter. I thought I was moisturizing my ends but their always brittle with single strand knots.
@IamLewa7 жыл бұрын
Hi Shameka, I trimmed my hair a few months ago because I had soo many knots. I've realized that my ends get really knotted when I leave my hair out for too long and my ends are not protected. When my hair is in a protective state(braids, buns, twists, wearing wigs e.t.c) and I don't manipulate my hair too often, I get fewer knots. I also wash my hair in sections and keep my ends lubricated with an oil/butter, when deep conditioning, I make sure my ends are coated with the product. I always cover my hair with a satin bonnet at night. In summary, avoid manipulating your hair too often and keep your ends lubricated. Hope this helps!
