Hi todays Vlog, is me off to a natural hair studio to visit a hair coach #naturalhair #hairgrowth #hairgrowthtips , the plan is to get some advice to ramping up my Hair care routine. The studio is called Healthy Hair studio by Enitan ​⁠

Hair Coach Recommendations:
- wash weekly going forward
- apply topical cream on freshly washed scalp
- blow dry scalp on cool setting after wash
- detangle hair with a lubricant when unraveling twists.

How did you know your hair wasn’t retaining moisture?

When it feels dry to touch like a day after you washed and styled it. It should not be feeling dry or crispy.

Hi, thanks for your comment, it was included in the whole wash service, as they wash your hair , deep condition it, the hair coach speaks to you about your hair and you can ask any questions , all I spent in total was £90, with a deposit of £50 taken when you do the online booking, so I only balanced £40 on my appointment day. But if I had blow dried and styled my hair , I believe I would have spent more.
