Natural semaglutide drugs (Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic)

When you go off of your drops, does the weight come right back? I took semiglutide and had results. I did not change the diet one bit and slowly starting gaining weight without trying, very rapidly. It has to be a side effect of going off of that medication, because nothing changed. Does your drops have any side effects like that going off of them or do you have to take them forever? The issue with semiglutide is you have to take for life or you will gain weight.
