Hello everyone, welcome back to my channel! Today, I’m sharing a very personal health journey - how I managed to conquer a urinary tract infection (UTI) naturally, without resorting to antibiotics. This is a significant milestone for me, as I’ve struggled with UTIs for as long as I can remember.
My Usual Struggle with UTIs:
In the past, UTIs have been a constant challenge, typically requiring a visit to the doctor and a course of antibiotics. As many of you might relate, this not only treated the UTI but also disrupted my gut microbiome, leading to other health issues.
The Natural Remedy I Discovered:
However, this time, I decided to try a different approach. I used a homemade remedy, which surprisingly and effectively treated my UTI! Here’s how I made it:
• Ingredients:
• Three cloves of garlic, crushed
• Half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper
• One teaspoon of honey
• Preparation:
1. Mix the crushed garlic, cayenne pepper, and honey into a paste.
2. Since the mixture was quite strong, I spread it over toast to make it more palatable.
3. I consumed this mixture three times a day - once in the morning, then every six hours.
Duration and Results:
I followed this regimen strictly for three days. Amazingly, I noticed significant relief and improvement in my symptoms, something I hadn’t experienced with traditional antibiotic treatments.
Incorporating Uva Ursi:
In addition to this homemade mixture, I also used a herbal supplement called Uva Ursi. I’ve included a photo of it in this video and will post a link to where I purchase it. My routine with Uva Ursi was:
• Two capsules, twice a day
• Planned to continue for 14 days as recommended
This experience has been eye-opening for me. Not only did I treat my UTI without antibiotics, but I also took a step towards understanding and utilizing the power of natural remedies.
