what is the difference between the sapogel and sucragel. I was trying to figure that out with using them.

Works similar to sucragel - structure is a bit different as it is layered. The viscosity builds slower but is a bit more forgiving when adding the oils.

Yes possibly, you would need to do a sample though to work out the right input etc..
