I always thought the beach at night was MAGICAL. I was born on the East Coast of Florida. Also lived on the Gulf coast for years. My husband is from California and we also talk about what is the “better” ocean. I’ve seen them both and love them both. But I have to say the Atlantic Ocean is home to me. But the Pacific Ocean is so perfect, so powerful and ❤

My dear friend, this is truly an amazing video. I find it so powerful to use for relaxation and cleaning the mind from stress and feeling overwhelming. I lived by the beach for a few years and many times when I felt under stress, or I was not able to face my circumstances I walked on the beach as far as I could at night or during the day, and it always helped me tremendously.
