Oh my gosh!! This is my former apartment!!! I believe this is the new second block. I loooooooved this place, everything about it is perfect. Also the management is great, the caretaker is really friendly, incase you have issues they are immediately resolved. Water is always available and also super cheap because its borehole water. There's also an amazing rooftop space used for hanging clothes, but you can use the space for small parties. Only downside is because of the beautifully perfect tiles and finishing, you have to be very careful mkving around the house, the tiles are super smooth so water lying around is an accident waiting to happen. Also this place is perfect for a single person or a young couple, definately avoid having your friend's kids over as its not very child friendly. Also the kitchen is a bit small, you cant have both fridge and cooker, i utilized the corridor space next to the sink for the fridge and that actually worked well. Oh, also, i belive this landlord has similar apartments in Roysambu, so you can check that. Great job on this review!! Am glad to see they finished the new block, this is a place everyone should definately consider moving to!!!

The space is beautiful and spacious for a one-bedroom but I wish the kitchen space was a bit bigger. It's only the fridge that can fit there, forgetting the tenant also requires space for a cooker. All in all, the finishes are well done.

Wow, kind of hard to get such a beautiful apt in Donholm. Great presentation, very clean apt, lighting great, lots of space but only negatives is like you said, balcony can be slippery if one is hanging clothes so needs to be care but overall I can rent for 19K.
