I was expecting it to strip my hair, but I was pleasantly surprised.

These products were on clearance at my grocery store, so I picked them up. I will never use that shampoo again. It stripped the very soul out of my fine strands, and tangled my hair horribly. The conditioner did help, but It still took me a long time to detangle it. I'm either going to use the shampoo for my dishes, or throw it away.

LOVE Carol's Daughter Aloe Wash Day Delight shampoo and conditioner. Love the smell of both the Rose and Aloe (but prefer Aloe). Can't wait to try the serum and foam from the collection. Carol's Daughter usually has a sale every Friday (throughout the weekend). Love just about all of Carol's Daughter products. Glad to see you enjoyed the shampoo and looking forward to seeing more hair product reviews ❤️

I love seeing products that were trash for me work well for others!! That shampoo made my hair feel like Mr. Ed’s hay & I was distraught 😂😂😂 lol!! I felt like my hair was dry for days even after using my fav deep conditioner! And I skipped on the jelly conditioner bc the ingredients are trash 😢 2 non water soluble silicones in the first 5 ingredients & water isn’t even first.. It also has Isopropyl Alcohol… whyyyyyyy!!! Lol I love that it was easy for you to detangle.. it looked so buttery smooth going through your strands! Anywho, TFS!! Now lemme go catch up on more videos!

Hey Nena! I was pleasantly surprised that the shampoo didn't destroy my hair.😂 I actually enjoyed it. I don't like that the conditioner has silicones either that is why I will not be repurchasing after I use it up (if I don't give it away first). Thanks for stopping by and watching.

Your wash and go still looks good. LOL you are doing a great job cleansing your hair at your desk. I would have it everywhere. I like that shampoo it left my hair clean but not to stripping and tangled. Didn't get the conditioner because of the silicones. Thank you for demonstrating how you cleans your hair.

It is a clarifying shampoo fyi. But I love it for a good cleanse as I use lots of products. The conditioner is a fave and love the gel to mousse. But you still need another gel in combo with it to me.

Hey Sable! Thanks for stopping by. I actually like the shampoo, it's the conditioner I can do without. I think I am going to use it up as a prepoo or just give it away; I haven't decided yet, but I don't want to deal with the silicones in it.

Great idea to use the conditioner as a pre poo than the shampoo; especially if someone has fine strands.

Literally tried this for the first time two weeks ago at a friends house and bought it 2 days ago. I really like it to treat my scalp when it’s irritated and has a lot of build up. Definitely not something I’d use every wash but it’s a less friction causing than other clarifying shampoos. Not as stripping as Kinky Curly Come Clean but just as cleansing. I don’t feel like I have to follow up this cleanse with another one. It cleans everything out the first time which I love and after I used my rinse our Conditoner (AG Balance) and I could more easily detangle then if I used Kinky Curly Come Clean.

Nothing beats Curlsmith’s scalp line’s primer and shampoo combo. But I love Carol’s Daughter’s Rose water Wash Day Delight conditioner and gel to foam styler. I didn’t like the smell of the aloe wash day delight either. The shampoo left my hair feeling like straw. Thanks for the review.

👋🏾 shampoo definitely stripped my hair, but I don't mind it. I liked the conditioner, definitely feels like grease/vaseline. smell is 🥴, I have the aloe one I like to use the same line when washing my hair, so I need to get more of the conditioner, and I saw that there's a mousse, so I want to try it out as well.

Omg I feel like I have so much shed hair. And I do my routine in sections as well because my hair is thick. It’s easily tangled I feel 😔. Never tried any of their products before though

It's ok. Sometimes I have more shed hair than that, it just depends on the day and how I wore my hair that week. I haven't tried much from Carol's Daughter because the few items I did try, I didn't care for so I stayed away from them. But around Black Friday, I decided to go out on a limb and picked these up. If I use shampoo, I definitely deep condition. If I cowash, I may skip the deep conditioner. It just depends on how my hair feels and what it needs, but I deep condition more often than not.
