Yes I do! I haven’t noticed any changes. It’s the only heat I use and I use bond builders in my hair routine!

It really depends. I had red hair for years and I was fine until I started lifting my hair lighter to do blonde.

I have color in my hair and noticed that it does better if I do not bleach it often. Maybe twice a year. I like my dark roots against my red. I will take health over full color any day. I agree that higher quality products work best. I wait for the sales and get jumbo size. It last a long time.
