I'm noticing that since we started eating more meat and dairy again, my kids have stayed satisfied longer! Hello, lower grocery bill! My kids still eat plenty of fruit, vegetables, and carbs but don't need as much! Loving that! Plus, it's hot out!

I just wish my family would go along with me and eat half as healthy as your family does. We’re not over weight by any means but i have stomach problems. My kids are heathy and eat good but not near as heathy as I’d like

I mean it's good to eat healthy but all the obsessing over ingredients? We are all in bodies that are going to age and deteriorate no matter how carefully we eat, there's plenty of old people who never were careful about what they ate and lived healthy to a ripe old age. The reverse is also true. You seem like a great mom and I admire your dedication to all the kids. You really work hard and your kids are so blessed. It is important to give growing bodies good food. I like the way you don't compromise when buying healthy things, I always feel like cheaper is better but really it's not. You guys eat a lot of animals though, too many lambs ! Poor things. And a lot of cows, grass fed! Oh my. Enjoy your videos and am going to try the Costco yogart.
