Your grocery store is quit expensive, I couldn't shop there. With 13 kids I would look for a grocery store and lot less expensive.

Hi! We don't do our extensive shopping here. It's just a fill-in store for us. We shop at Costco and Aldi most of the time. Whole Foods has so many great deals when you shop the sales. Years ago, I could cut my grocery bill in half at this store. I wish they did the coupons, but I'm grateful for the sales. I'm so glad you're here. Thank you!🩷

Question oils. So canola and soybean oil are bad for you. What about olive oil is extra virgin better than regular olive oil?

Hi! I avoid these oils altogether, plus more. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Tallow, Butter, and Ghee and even Avocado oil is good you. No wonder lower income can't eat healthy 8.99 for milk and 10.99 for eggs. You can have 3 dozen regular eggs and 3 gallon regular milk

Hi! I agree with you 100%! You can find Organic milk cheaper, but things like RAW milk are around $14 a gallon! Eggs: I have seen the same company for around $6.99, and they are super good. We had a coupon for the total value, so I wanted to try something new. We don't buy the $10.99 eggs like ever my husband would tip over. It's incredible what they are charging for food now and I think if they are going to charge this way, they should start helping everyone with food so ALL families can eat well. I try to only shop the sales and deals when I'm at Whole Foods. I'm so glad you are here! Do you have requests for future videos?🩷
