I get thicker flaxseed gel when I allow the flaxseeds to simmer. Then I strain the flaxseed gel over a stainless steel strainer. Walla perfect flaxseed gel with rosemary Amla whatever Ayurvedic ingredient you would like to add to your simmering flaxseeds
