Thank you so much! :) I think everyone with chronicle illness would have it a little bit better, when going with the flow, like you said. Not pressing themselfs, but taking it slow and enjoying life as it it. :) Wish you the best!

Warm wishes to you and your recovery. I struggle with feeling “doomed forever” when I’m sick but thank goodness my rational brain knows I’m only going through a bad spell and “this too shall pass”. Your positive vibe is very healing for the rest of us. 🙏🏻

Thank you so much! :) Yes, it can be overwelming, when you suddenly have no energy more. It can feel like you never will get strengh again. But like you say: the rational brain knows. :) Learning to take it slow and wait for it, and just enjoy life as it is took me several years. I was very impatiance in the beginning. :D But some day I just decided that I want to be happy however what. And that changed everything. :) Wish you the best!

When did you develop ME/CFS? I have it too from a childhood virus. Do you find any special foods or supplements help?

I crashed badly the first time 2006. But I had been feeling tired and not good for a long time before. I don't really know what coused it. I have some suspicions, but nothing I can prove. But when I crasht in 2006 I was really bad for more then 10 years, before I got better. I did and do a lot of things to be better. To much to write all here, but a little in short: food is a big part, but also sleep, no stress, supplements like VitD, VitB12, zinc, selenium and now also iron. And no additives in food at all is very important for me to feel better. I also eat low histamin food. Like I said, I do really a lot of things, otherwise I would still be really bad. Than it wouldn't help with just pacing, like it does now. Today I only crash when I stress to much or do to much. I don't visit friend or leave my farm very often, because it takes to much energy. Do you have someting speciel that helps you? Always interessted in how others handle it. :)
