I like this one - he reacted to his hurt in such an instinctive way, by being alone in a quiet place so he could heal. Modern society throws a fake comfort blanket of alcohol, drugs, work, etc to try and stop hurting, when really we could learn more from nature and be with the hurt, working through it until it changes into something we can make peace with.

I have cptsd, development trauma. It is severe and disabling. I get triggered like a snap of the fingers. It's relational. The only thing that alleviates it is being in nature. I'm 66. Shocked I'm still around. I'm now dealing with a very severe worker's comp injury. I did a "superman fall" over a footwear demo ramp. Tore my rotator cuff incl. biceps tendon. The biceps may not be repairable. My menicus in my L knee is irreparable other than replacement. I've been working toward buying a van and doing vanlife and getting an emotional support dog. Set back again. I need to get to nature. My will is strong. Nature has always saved me. I still believe in it. Relationships are triggering. I hope I make it back, I hope I get my van. It's hard not to give up. This channel helps me much. All meat, no filler. It leans on what's important in life, not what's popular. What is simple, not complex. It too helps me get through.

I spend a minimum of 1 hour daily sitting on my front porch in silence, watching the birds, butterflies, geckos and waving to neighbors passing by. In the evening I spend about an hour before going to bed sitting on my back porch with my rescue dog and rescue cat as the light slowly fades to darkness. You can live in an urban area and still watch, listen and appreciate nature around you in your own yard.

OMG......so so beautifull🥰🥰🥰thank you so much! I am very thankfull that I am surrounded here in Austria with beautiful nature. Lake.....river.....woods....mountains. this is a big Gift. By the Lake a have a good old friend ....an oaktree...where I sit often ...and just connect. I talk to oak😃and to the Lake....to animals.....but mostly I just connect and FEEL. I ask nature for help ans answers....and nature always answers😃😃offen through a animal. Yesterday I Sat by Lake and ask " I ask you ....what do I need know now".....and shortly After that the leave on the ground moves. That was funny.....I got very aware.....and a house showed up😄😄😄and came very close. That was my answer. And so perfekt. I did cry a lot in nature.....when I was in my knees......I became Balance from nature.....the river remind me that everything comes and go......flows. be in the Flow.....don't fight against......Flow..... The trees whisper " stand still....breathe....ground YOURSELF with deep roots"....the Birds whisper " every day is a new day.....do not start your day with worry....doubts....fear.....sing like a bird in the morning....knowing that everything you need on every Level will be there TODAY. " Nature IS Love and compassion to me. And the greatest thing what nature teach is NO JUDGEMENT. Nature does not judge anything🥰🥰🥰many years ago a wonderfull woman...a true shaman told me "Align with nature. Be in nature and be in the Sun. Nature does not worry. She is in the Flow. Nature can teach you so much about..how you stay effortless healthy". Nature is always a harmony field and that is why WE feel so Balanced when WE spend time in nature. For all of you......all the best.....may you be in Balance...Ease......and grace. Dis-ease.......Ease......Ease.....Ease..... Blessings and Trust.....and breathe in the lifeforce energy.....it is all around you. The deep consciouss breath into your belly.........you get ALIVE.......not anymore survive........breathe.....breathe....the bresth is your YES.....I CHOOSE TO LIVE.....yes and....yes....and yes....the breath takes tension....and moves stuck energy. And so much more! Explore😃🥰🤗

The place we come to grow and heal. I feel that Jesus took this trek...40 days in the wilderness. A good path.

I really loved this and i am so happy for this man, i really am, nature and animals certainly grounds us but i have to say that although this is wonderful there is no perfect ideal on earth, there is always something and whilst these videos are great to me they are not enough i put my trust in Jesus and i know this will make some cringe thats certainly not my intention but i look to the one who created it all and i thank God everyday for His wonderful creation its so sad we wreck it all and God told us to take care of the animals and nature but we simply havnt done that, i hope this man finds God and peace he taught me some things i needed to learn much love Jacqueline
