Jonas Hötger twist your hair moderately tight, hold it against your scalp & then weave & shimmy the hair stick into your hair to hold your hair into place!!

I cannot find a video that I saw and I am hoping it was you. I am now (kinda) set up to do some resin projects and a year or so ago, I saw a video of a person making a hair stick from just a peacock feather and resin. When they were done, the resin encased peacock feather was trimmed or sanded down close to the spray of the colorful eye of the feather showed beautifully out of the hair, while the resin encased stalk (?) of the feather was trimmed or sanded down to a point that held the hair in place without being too long for the head. I've had to wear hair sticks that was given to me by a bride to wear on her wedding day and the sticks were so long they kept stabbing me in the neck! If you were the designer of that peacock feather hair stick and still have the video available, could you send me the URL for it? It is probably advanced work, but I'd like to try to make one. It was so beautiful. Thank you.

Why must you use water paper??? I want to know, does it give any affect to the resin?? Or just to clean it so it looks like a glass?

It's fine grit sand paper and it's called wet sanding!
