This is amazing to know! I have found that arugula is the easiest plant to grow in the garden. In Georgia, USA, seeds can be planted any time of the year and it reseeds freely reproducing itself. Arugula flowers are great to put in salads. I have peripheral neuropathy so am excited about growing and eating a lot more arugula.

It’s best used as micro green ,you get double the benefit. 👍

You mean Not as a micro green But obtain it from micro greens? Well yes, supplements are now distributed by the same big pharma who make the toxic medicines. So eat nutrition rich foods rather than supplement

Can people who is on high blood pressure tablets take nitric oxide ?
@NerveDoctors4 күн бұрын
So, nitric oxide (NO) isn't a supplement. It's a molecule you want to boost in your body. This video may explain more for you: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iqrJZKWJi9CDbNU And yes, you definitely want to boost NO levels if you're on high blood pressure meds.

I've been eating an arugula salad for several years. Since it's bitter i make my own citrus dressing with a little stevia. It's delicious together.

@SubachackoАй бұрын
@rickreed7002 Nose breathing should be a natural form for you if possible. I'm not trying to say never breathe out of your mouth, although it came off that way. You'll sleep better and feel better if you train your mind to focus more on breathing through your nose. You'll have less dry mouth, and less dental issues generally speaking

2gr a cup😊
@_RandwulfАй бұрын
@@KetoMama777 That is extemely high... even around 40-50mg is quite high. I'm finding mixed results with 480mg per 100g of Arugula and 0g per cup at another site.. Very frustrating...

@@_Randwulf I have the same issue. My husband was put on a low oxilate diet he had kidney stones. I go by the drs print out.
@QrayonАй бұрын
It's low in oxalates according to an oxalate chart I saw, so eat it and don't worry.
@Arugula100Ай бұрын
There is a gut bacteria called Oxalobacter formigenes that grows and helps you digest oxalate. So eating small amounts of spinach, arugula can help you to grow more of these bacteria over 6 months. It prevents the development of kidney stones. Eating too much meat and drinking too little or insufficient water can increase the risk of kidney stones. Water is needed for protein synthesis.
