The “natural” supplements industry is worth billions DONT BE SO NAIVE . Science has done more for health than any herbal crap. Look after yourself and eat healthier is EXACTLY what doctors suggest. Many pills are life savers , so don’t knock them. Drugs cost $$$ but so do herbal remedies, sometimes much much more expensive, with low efficacy or non at all

What can I consume to help regenera te my óptica nerve
@maranathawatch16188 ай бұрын
I was going blind in one eye with wet Macular degeneration. I researched how Vitamin A repairs eye damage. I bought a large bottle of carrot juice at Walmart, and took about 1/2 cup daily, then separately, flax oil, 2 tablespoon with 1/4 cup cottage cheese, mixed well. I took the carrot juice and flax mixture daily for about two months. These ingredients combine are a power house of healing properties, for general health and eyes in particular. God did the rest! I went to my scheduled appt with my optometrist, he said my eyes were perfect, and now I don't even wear my glasses!! Blessings!! ❤ P.S. flax oil can be purchased at any Health Food store.

I have disabling migraine headaches - going on 62 years with them. I began taking nitric oxide and began having the headaches more frequently. I just had four attacks in nine days and am wiped out. I looked up migraines and nitric oxide and was very disappointed to find out that nitric oxide can cause migraines. Too bad because it seemed at first like the nitric oxide was giving me more energy.

@@songs-rj4qhYes, oxalates. But oxalates only matter if you experience multiple instances of kidney stones. For most people, her food advice is spot on; correct. There is plenty of information on de - oxalating your diet on the web, should oxalates be of concern. Bananas, for example, will reduce oxalates in your system.
